When Marty reaches over the railing to grab the "Sports Almanac" magazine from Biffs back pocket you see that Biff is reading the "Oh LaLa" magazine. You can see the cover of it right before Mr. Strickland approaches him. Then when Mr. Strickland grabs the magazine out of Biffs hand he is holding it up and you can see the cover of it now and it is the "Sports Almanac" magazine cover. That is when Mr. Strickland says "Sports static's." How did Biff get the cover of the "Sports Almanac" magazine on it so fast? You never see him taking it off the magazine to put it on the "Oh LaLa" magazine. It remains in his pocket the whole time.
