At Truvy’s before the wedding Shelby is given a glass of orange juice for her attack. When she pushes it away only a small portion of the juice comes out of the glass. Jackson Junior is around 18 months old when Shelby dies. That is the time Annelle talks to M’Lynn about naming their baby “Shelby.” At that time Annelle is around 5-6 months pregnant. When Truvy’s giving Shelby a manicure you see Shelby in a close shot bring up her hand and arm putting it down on the table. Then in a far shot she puts her arm and hand on top of the table again.
